I don't know for sure but I believe they are stored at park headquarters or the visitor center. The reason I say this is because I've been to the Mauna Loa summit cabin in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park a couple of times and signed into the log book there. When the book is filled it is replaced with a new one and the old one is stored at Kilauea Visitor Center or at least it used to be. The books are not readily available but can be viewed upon request. How do I know? I've seen and read some of them. I assume Yosemite has a similar arrangement. If you're interested in seeing the books you should contact Yosemite National Park Headquarters and inquire about it.
