More specifically, it is defined by the Penguin Encyclopedia to be "The formal systematic study of the principles of valid inference and correct reasoning". As a discipline, logic dates back to Aristotle, who established its fundamental place in philosophy. Q. For some reason, I can't think of anything. My mind draws a blank. Well, I can think of, perhaps, two things: 1. God 2. Human behavior Now, I love God, and I believe he exists- but I do not think that he is logical. And psychology- well, I don't think it...I don't think it is a science.
