A. The general elections are in November for every state. Heavy campaigning will probably begin after the conventions in September. Utah probably won't see a lot of attention as it is safely Republican.

A. I actually feel that the US is moderate-republican. I feel as if most democrats are willing to bend the way they vote to be more accepting towards republican voters. Democrats are more willing to bend how they really feel to up the vote where as republicans tend not to as much.
